Given how the actual Nazis were very adept at performing semantic gymnastics if they wanted to "aryanize" an ethnicity they needed help from, it would not surprise me if they somehow found a way to redefine "Slavic" not to include Russians. Odder things have happened.

No, but Russia (Along with the rest of the former USSR) was one of the primary forces that resulted in Nazi Germany's destruction. Not to mention the fact that they suffer atrocious losses at the hands of Nazi Gemrany. Now they have one of the largest groups of Neo-Nazis on the planet.
