DNA studies do not indicate that separate classifiable subspecies (races) exist within modern humans. While different genes for physical traits such as skin and hair color can be identified between individuals, no consistent patterns of genes across the human genome exist to distinguish one race from another.

Seriously though, why do we have no Persian, or Turk in the poll? Or at least a Middle Eastern. Some people (Read: a significant portion of the Persian populace) outright hate being classified as Arabs. I also have a source for the last one; Go to Iran and say to someone "You're an Arab". :P

We do not speak Arabic, are not in anyway related to Arabs, and are separate from Arabs in every way, both in real life and game-wise. Calling us Arabs would be the same as bringing under question our legitimacy.

My wife is Saudi and has alot of iranian ties, her brothers are proud to be called arab but I think you are getting mixed up with isrealis they HATE ARABS. Of course thats just my wife that was born in the Middle-east it may be different for arab-americans. Though there is an Arab option on the poll.

I'm a little curious as to why all other races have capitalized names, but Caucasians don't?
