Yeah, I don't agree with that either. I'm not sure if the US law allows him to declare the town as his private property if he bought all the property there, since I assume that at least the roads would be state-owned?

However, if it proves to be possible, I do agree that he has a right to deny leftist journalists, jews, blacks or whoever he wants from entering his property. He, however, has no right to detain them for any longer than necessary. With that, I mean that he has a right to detain people if trespass on his property.

*Besides where I live advocating Nazism is a crime, it falls under the category of hate speech. Hefty fine for it, even a few month of a suspended prison sentence is possble.
