Maine threatens mom feeding baby goat's milk

Postby The Independent States » Fri Aug 23, 2013 9:37 am

Another example of overreactions from the state, Maine made threatened a local mom with arrest for feeding her baby non-GMO, healthy goat milk. Goat milk was used for thousands of years to treat allergies and build immunity, it also has no preservatives and is a perfect alternative for babies intolerant of human/cow milk. Before I even get into the fact that GMO made formulas can have negative affects on growth, can anybody possibly provide reason for this?

Sourcing Alex Jones and NaturalNews (just look at their Wiki page, "NaturalNews (formerly Newstarget) is a website dedicated to alternative medicine and various conspiracy theories, such as chemtrails,[1] the alleged dangers of fluoride in drinking water (as well as that of MSG and aspartame) and alleged health problems caused by "toxic" ingredients in vaccines, including the now-discredited link to autism.")

Silly, babies need bacteria.
Crimes committed by Muslims will be a pan-Islamic plot and proof of Islam's inherent evil. On the other hand crimes committed by non-Muslims will merely be the acts of loners who do not represent their belief system at all.

If a political figure makes an accusation of wrongdoing without evidence, odds are probable that the accuser or an associate thereof has in fact committed the very same act, possibly to a worse degree.

Goat's milk is not at ALL a "perfect alternative for babies." The AAP states that it should only be given to infants under one year of age if they are allergic to all other options, and even then it should only be done in active consultation with a doctor or pediatric nutritionist.

Also, here in Brazil it is general knowledge that donkey milk is much more superior for human infants than goat milk. :palm:

You're saying that fluoride, MSG, and aspartame are safe? Nope, even some mainstream articles are hinting that they're not but very blindly. Fluoride has been proven to reduce IQ and testosterone, and aspartame was proven to increase hunger and obesity in children (aspartame transfers into the body as wood alcohol, which is linked to blindness and seizures). But I can see that someone would doubt it if they have been listening to puppet stations such as NBC or CNN. Do you know who discredits the vaccine claims? People that sell them. Mercury causes brain damage, and mercury is in the vaccines, if that isn't common sense then nothing is.

Formula made from sugar should be the last alternative, the AAP also sides all its arguments with Obama.

Again, they encourage GMO made formulas made from high fructose corn syrup (which slows growth in infants btw). I'm not sure what makes this a "conspiracy theory", anyone can say that their argument is truth but haven't we seen this over and over? You cant have knowledge without truth, dont deny it.

The fluoride source is a meta-study of other studies and the conclusion was, maybe we should look at this more. It is not a total condemnation of fluoride.

Gosh, science finds new evidence that artificial sweeteners might be bad for you. Remind me what this proves?

Mercury does not occur in vaccines. It was removed - although it was harmless - more than ten years ago, except for some influenza and tetanus vaccines.

I knew you would say that. Then again, how do I know you aren't being paid by Jenny McCarthy and Andrew Wakefield to post these things?

And anyway, the topic is the State of Maine and goat's milk.

Read thread title as "Maine threatens mom feeding on baby goat's milk".
Somewhat disappointed by actual thread contents.
