So the Sabres fired Ron Rolston. Show of hands: Who didn't see that coming?

On the way back from their home game against the Ducks, I was going to chime in with a couple Buffalo fans talking about the team and tell them that Rolston would/should lose his job at the end of the road trip if he stunk it up against Anaheim and Los Angeles.

They didn't stink it up, but I was only one game off.

I even finally made it to a Flyers home game a few weeks ago.

Shame it was just before this winning streak happened, though.

seriously, when I played the D was given 10 seconds to beat the shit out of you if you touched their goalie, and from experience I can tell you they used all 10.

Yeah, no, that should be either a double minor or a 5 minute major. At first I kind of thought that might've been him pulling his arms up to avoid the hit, but the arm went through the head. Should either be 4 for Roughing and Goalie Interference or 5 for Roughing. That's something that shouldn't ever happen to a goaltender, because the goaltender isn't supposed to hit back.

Even as a Leafs fan I found that very.....strange. Think of what would've happened if It was Bruins whom they faced against and Kadri did that to Rask...... You'd have Chara the Giant and good ol' Lucic coming after him
