Read the report.

1. I am. And misgendering IS bigotry.

2. By advocating that trans* people should be made to use the restrooms that correspond with their sex, rather than gender.

1. You called me a fucking bigot. That's real civil.
2. What does that have anything to do with the horrible acts mentioned by you?

1. And misgendering is civil?

2. Because what your advocating inherently puts trans* people at an even higher risk (and their risk is already throught the fucking roof, compared to the rest of the population) of being victims of those acts.

We usually only get 2 or 3 toilets to sit on. Those are usually occupied by guys taken their sweet time to take a dump.

And it's impossible for a FtM transboy to wait for them to finish shitting?
Actually, the head teacher I worked with at the school was talking to me about how she taught herself to be able to use urinals, and if the woman's restroom was occupied, she could go to the men's bathroom and use that.

I'm more than fully aware. HOWEVER. Gender expression is physical, and external. It is, for the intents and purposes of this discussion, no different than skin color.

Not as. Look at any activity and the records tend to be dominated by a few countries because those countries put serious value in it.

Then if you want to become really good at a sport, just put a lot of value into it. So, if you're a girl, and you put a lot of value into baseball, you can dominate boys at it. Nations in general do not force people to play a sport; if you want to be good at a sport, then actually spend time putting effort into it and do not settle for being one of the best "girls". That's called slacking. Again, if you want to be good at something, then actually practice it and don't whine about being "physically challenged" compared to men and claim that people with something else between their legs need a separate league. If there is a girl who's actually better at sports than some men, she should be able to compete against men. If there is a boy that isn't as good at sports as other men, then he should be able to join a lower league; which may or may not be mainly comprised of females.

You're attacking me for no reason, and to be frank it hurts me deeply that you would think of me so little. So please, rescind your unfounded accusations.

You are denying the rights of trans* people, and claiming that their struggles are not important because "not many" are murdered. That in itself if transphobic.
So, how many murdered trans* people would with take to convince you that their rights and lives matter?

If I may interject for a moment, because I think I initiated this line of discussion: all homicide is a tragedy for me, regardless of the circumstances. No one should be killed for being who they wish to be, or expressing an opinion, or any other factor. Being transgender does not devalue the intrinsic worth of a life in any way.

What I object to here are multiple posts which insinuate the presence of a "murder culture" towards transgender people, as if it is an endemic problem in the United States. It is not. The evidence is not there to support it. Are the few murders that are perpretrated against transgender people tragic? Yes. But is it an epidemic problem? No.

The problem is not the murders but the motivation behind the murders.
