Hormone therapy would eliminate that difference. The law doesn't say that hormone therapy is required, because the same people who say that this law should only apply to those who are undergoing hormone therapy or have undergone hormone therapy don't want to make it available to all transgenders.

its the recommended and most effective treatment in most cases so yeah pretty much if you're british or some shit if not insurance companies will naturally try and dodge paying for anything they can including that
