Yes I do, but I don´t see mohammedans praying in churches much.
In fact, christianity is hardly tolerated in the mohammedan world - whereas mohammedans have freedom of religion in the West.

But The meaning of tolerance is we respect and we let others for pray. we dont disturb them and we dont pray like them and join them.

As a catholic, I was appalled when the present Pope, and the one before him, prayed in a mosque.
Mosques are for mohammedans. Nothing against that religion, mind you. But...to each his own place of worship.

But mosques and churches are both places in which God is worshipped and glorified, anywhere in which the name of God is recited is a place suitable for worship, don't you agree?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't Muslims allowed to pray in churches/synagogues if there is no mosque available for you to go to nearby, until establishment of the mosque occurs?

He doesn't and will not force anyone to believe. You must do it sincerly out of your heart! Ask Jesus to let you know if he is the only way, the only truth, the only life, and if he is the only way to the father as he claimed to be. If you are serious about finding truth Jesus will give it to you.

Also with Catholic Churches you have the whole issue of idols being there; also the issue of it being place where Jesus/Eesa is worshipped. Unless you mean it's a complex where it's divided into a Church, Mosque and Synagogue, no...I doubt that would be allowed.

I had no idea there needed to even be a particular number of people to pray. Can isolated Muslims not pray alone and still be doing their service to Allah? I knew facing Mecca was a requirement, but I thought as long as you got the timing right (five per day, is it?) that it didn't matter how many people you prayed with.

I would also think that Muslims could simply ignore the idolatry in Catholic Churches and pay their own respects in their own way, regardless of their surroundings. Then, I'm not a Muslim :)

I feel sorry for the isolated Muslims that cannot congregate on Fridays. I had no idea the religion was so restrictive. Is this only the practice of a particular sect, or is such a restriction spelled out explicitly in the Quran?

If there are not 40 people they can gather with they can simply offer normal Afternoon prayers, wich can even be offered in private. It's not that restrictive.

Though note that the Maldives mostly follow the Shaafi Madh'ab of Sunni Islam, in which the consensus is that there needs to be at least 40 people to offer Jumu'ah, and this is how I was raised.
