basically anyone who isn't a male white christian faces discrimination. But having been openly atheist and openly queer, I certainly think there is more vile confrontation to people categorized as LGBT, even though atheists are the least trusted minority. It's a weird thing. People hate atheists more internally, but are far more vocal about it to homosexuals and others. The discrimination faced by them is wholly different for the most part, though.
