I like the occasional drink. Vodka, rum, cider, coffee liqueur, and cream liquer are my favorites, though every now and then I'll be in the mood for a beer. There isn't much else I particularly care for though.

I'm a bit of a beer snob, but I also enjoy wine and gin (my favourite is Hendrick's, but I also like Tanqueray and Bombay Sapphire). There are also a few whiskeys, vodkas and rums I like.

Oh, and sambuca and ouzo can be pretty tasty as well.

And I can't forget amaretto. mmm...

Some beers, I'm mainly a fan of IPA, two of my favorites are Bell's Two Hearted and Shorts Ironic Ale. Some other styles have been good, Bell's Oarsman and Goose Island's 312...

Bell's is a great brewery.

They also have seasonal beers that are only available at the brewery that are quite nice (I've had the sweet potato stout and a raspberry wheat beer).

I call it a Hipster Float, and I always pour a bit onto the brick sidewalk for my crunchy Cambridge homies.

I honestly love beer. I liked the tasty from pissy lager beers when I first tasted them; always found that "you get used to beer" thing retarded, cause beer is delicious.
That being said, I like the maltier stuff, like schwartzbier. I also dislike bitter beer and bitter stuff in general, but still tolerate it.

Bundaberg rum is my go-to spirit of choice, and Great Northern lager my go-to beer of choice. I do also partake in vodka, and Bacardi.

I remember when this Queenslander gave me a Great Northern once, it was quite nice, we all just drank on the sand. Good times.

Also, I hate cider. Really hate it.

Before going into rehab I truly enjoyed most distillated drinks. Preferably Scotch, Vodka, and Absinthe. Was never really one for mixed drinks though didn't mind a Rusty Nail every so often.

The brewery I work at makes some seriously hoppy beer. Sometimes it baffles me how some beer can be so dark, yet good to drink, while others can be light and bitter as fuck.

Men are supposed to be the "heads of the household***" and a Christian man has no obligation to respect a Muslim woman where as a Muslim man is obligated to respect and care for a woman of the book or a Muslim, and the children in general take the religion of their fathers. It's also to preserve the rights given to women under Islam that Christians aren't necessarily obligated to give to her, and to avoid religious struggle between the spouses.


***NOT to be confused with ruling over the woman or being in control or anything like that. It all boils down to the fact the man is OBLIGATED to work, protect, and care for the woman and any children, and the woman has no obligation to do such [but she can if she wants to] so the woman should be grateful to him as long as he treats her well and cares for him and in matters that are not a big deal and won't hurt either way, she should be courteous and let him have his way. But the man is also obligated to listen to her, treat her like a queen, not demand things from her, and treat her as an equal. Women, and especially mothers, are precious, priceless, and heroic in Islam, and they deserve to be treated as such in the family.

Anyway, I forgot to mention wine. I drink a lot of it, all local and usually white, but I'm not picky. Traminette is by far my favorite.

Oh, I do. :/ I prefer to drink alone. When I'm with others they all want beer (and since I'm 20 I can't get anything else) and they tend to make me want to drink more and more, where alone I'm far more in control.
