Political freedom is not a good thing. Power belongs in the hands of a few educated people who know how to run a nation.

Why not educate everybody?
I support peace in Israel and Palestine. The governments and people in power on all sides are an absolute disgrace, and their unwillingness to pursue peace is a disservice to the people they are meant to be serving. The status quo is not simply untenable; it is unquestionably unacceptable.

Anyway, most people are intelligent enough to be educated, and you don't know until you try. Educating only a small elite is self-defeating, as education increases productivity and prosperity.
