I'm not going to claim that they're drawn very well or that they actually appear to be attached to her torso in a way that makes sense (they don't). The artist who drew that was clearly not very good and definitely seemed to care more about saying "TITS! OVER HERE!" than they did about drawing a woman in a way that makes sense (because women are clearly just a collection of body parts that exist for men to oggle).

Granted, probably more disturbing is that she appears to be composed of two different people: one standing up and the other laying down.
