I personally don't think many of us would care, and Max Barry would continue running the site as normal.

Out of sarcastic mode, it would probably go to one of the high-up admins like [violet] or whoever wanted it.

I don't know. If this guy dies, he'll probably leave the site to Max Barry, which, considering the fact that he's been in charge here for a while, begs the question of if Max Berry's been dead all along.
