Says who?
Plenty of homosexuals are integrated just fine. In fact, you've essentially confessed here that you want gay pride parades to be purposefully obscene. That's a rationale that can be used to fucking ban them.
Now, i'm against banning obscenity, but just think about the kind of ammunition you give people for fucks sake.

There is an out of control trolley speeding towards Jeremy Bentham, who is tied to the track. You can pull the lever to cause the trolley to switch tracks, but on the other track is Immanuel Kant. Bentham is clutching the only copy in the universe of The Critique of Pure Reason. Kant is clutching the only copy in the universe of The Principles of Moral Legislation. Both men are shouting at you that they have recently started to reconsider their ethical stances.

Oh, if you want to make people uncomfortable about gays then yes that is exactly what you want to do.

"Be uncomfortable about us." Is a great slogan by the way.

I think you are right, my best friend has a father who is homosexual and has a life-partner. I have met them and they seem perfectly normal, while flamboyant gays exist they do not seem to be the majority. There were multiple gay people at my high school, only one of them fit that stereotype and he did not wear women`s clothing or anything of the like. I personally do not care what homosexuals do if it does not affect me.

Did I misunderstand that? It wasn't very ambiguous. You want to make people uncomfortable, great! Then keep doing exactly what you're doing. Hell, maybe the SS uniforms aren't a bad idea.

trying to make people uncomfortable is just going to hurt the LGTB rights movement, it seems like stooping to the level of some ignorant people would only make things worse
EDIT: if you want to gain supporters it seems like you should act in a civil manner and simply explain your predicament

You should have announced you were off to chase down and consume a squirrel or something, that would have made people uncomfortable.

They see gays as weird for fucking their own sex, full stop. Bigotry against gays existed long before camp culture.

If you feel uncomfortable with people who don't act like white, straight, cisgender males, and you have to feel comfortable with someone to support their rights, then you are simply never, ever going to support LGBT rights. Simple as that. How will you support a woman trapped in a man's body if behaving in anyway besides the heteronormative one is behaving like a "subspecies"?

Appeasement has not gotten the gay movement anywhere. Saying "fuck you" and the change of generations has. It took gay pride and gay riots to bring gay rights to the public eye. It didn't come from being quiet and submissive.

All this boils down to victim-blaming really.

Which is why Ostro and Des-Bal's opinion should be tossed out by now and we should just stop worrying about it.
