Should Cannibalism be legal?

Cannibalism practice before long time ago before they discover fire! If todays cannibalism would be legal I am against that. Imagine standing in the corner of the street to wait for taxi the someone comes to you then suddenly it is okay for him or her to eat you! Maybe I just want to see zombies rather than not knowing who is your friend, and who is a cannibal! Shock!

Cannibalism is not necessarily murder people unlawfully and then consume their flesh. It may done through consent of the eaten person.

If the individual consented to having their remains consumed, then I suppose there's no reason not to allow it.

The problem with cannibalism legalization is doing so in a way that:
A) Does not protect cannibals from homicide laws
B) Does not interfere with forensic investigations
C) Does not infringe on the rights of the deceased to be buried in their preferred way

The most sensible way to achieve this is to have people agree to be body donors for food, and the donors become ~~soylent green~~ specially labeled canned food.

Overall itd no more deadly than any other meat consumption

The danger comes from eating infected meat and in humans was highlighted through study of the Kuru disease, a prion endemic to PNG which was spread by cannibal funery practices. Human diseases of course spread easily from human meat so its not a wise choice

And it is no longer necessary as a social practice so nah not in favour. Btw my greatgrandmother claimed to have been a cannibal but who knows....

Alzheimer's is at least partially genetic, so you definitely can pass it on to your children.

I've never heard of anyone actually contracting CJD from sexual intercourse.
