Sorry, that defense does NOT fly.

It's not a defence. You misinterpret my words, sir.

I misinterpret nothing. You are trying to claim that a person under the influence if intoxicating liquors, who initiates the sex act, can cry rape afterwards because she was drunk, and this not responsible for her own actions. The same logic applies to any other case, from kidnapping, to robbery, or murder, the person is not accountable for his/her choices because "I was drunk"

Again: that does NOT fly.

for example, marijuana fights cancer. no, seriously. marijuana fights cancer. every time i mention this, nobody believes me. but it's even on the national cancer institute's website. each new study and report on the subject is like a crazy 'whoa!' moment for the media and/or the internet (and possibly society at large?) for exactly two days, then it just washes away. it's weird.

I don't even know how sex is.

But I wish I could know for then be serious.

And in English?

As I said, no one was raped. Guy got a blowjob, drunk gay/woman finds that dicks are magical, shiny, and delicious, and consented despite not really consenting. Everybody wins.

See a legal dictionary:
rape
1) n. the crime of sexual intercourse without consent and accomplished through force, threat of violence or intimidation (such as a threat to harm a woman's child, husband or boyfriend). What constitutes lack of consent usually includes saying "no" or being too drunk or drug-influenced to be able to either resist or consent.

What a totally worthwhile post. Truly, this is the most illuminating post in the whole thread, and is in no way off topic or baity, nor is it at all a waste of bandwidth or our time.

I don't know how we were carrying on before you showed up.

Hell, even look at complete strangers in a restroom and if they react positively... or neutral or negatively... I will probably try.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you, but it sounds like you drunkenly attempt sex with strangers in bathrooms and ignore their reactions and that sounds extremely fucked up and you should never do that.

Holy fuck. Holy. Actual. Fuck. You're actually saying that it's not rape unless you're forced. AND you're going back on your previous position from some other thread that sex with a child isn't rape.

What the absolute fuck?

Except that no, a drunken person initiating sex does not mean that the person was raped.

Don't go too far down the rabbit hole, Alice. Originally this was about sex with animals. Drunk person =/= animal. And let's skip the "Oh bu humans are just animals", you know well what I mean.

And do note that I said "incapable of consent".

You may recall that this is a poster who admitted to dating 28 year olds when she was 15 because she was the specialist snowflake of them all and despite all scientific facts to the contrary was a totally mature, "fully blossomed woman" at the age of 15 and was way more mature than all those other lesser beings her own age and defiantly way more mature than all those stupid grown ups.

Of course she thinks you can have sex with children without it being rape. They might be special snowflakes like her.

I am never going to be drunk because I have a strong will to do so even when I am sober (I stare at other guys' dicks without thinking too much, kind of unconsciously, it may become obnoxious; as a child I did so every time I went to bathroom but I stopped when I was 13 after thinking of how it was wrong).

And not only fucked up, Brazil is plenty of homophobes who lynch or kill gay guys if they insist at looking for action with them.

This statement is not internally consistent, and your present inhibited or uninhibited habits lose all the same weight of mental validity that the ones that only come out while intoxicated do.

It is kind of OK. Age of consent in Brazil for example is 14, and this wasn't a child abuse case.

Of course if she was really raped she would know it.

Derp?!

I look at other peoples' dicks and have an intense desire to touch and look at them very closely. I had thoughts of doing so when I was SEVEN and still didn't know what sex was, but still the urges were there, just like the nice feels running down my body when I touched other guys' beautiful biceps with that nice young male skin. I don't know if I would really put my mouth there, though, but there would be already half of the way walked.

Homophobes would start to attack me even before I touch or approach it. And it is kind of obvious that after someone let me do it I would start to play with it in any kind of nice way I would have an idea of.

I'm sure you do. Your sentiment that you will never be drunk (presumably with regard to this compulsion) because the compulsion is common to both your sober and your drunken state is false. You are still drunk, whether you do the same activity sober or not.

If you're attracted to penis, that's fine. Doing so doesn't give you magical "I will never be drunk" powers, which was the statement I took issue with.

What I meant is that I am not going to drink, or drink only very lightly, because I fear for my safety if I ever get drunk, because I probably would worship and then jump on anyone's dick just like Torcularis' theoretical drunk chick if I looked at them.

In my defense, I stopped this naughty habit of looking at it consciously at 12-13 and generally try to avoid places, even when the options are unconfortable or dirty or require me to wait, where I would look at it unconsciously because I'm weird since 14.

The biggest LGBT parade ever was 2009 São Paulo.

4 million and an unsure number of hundreds and tens of thousands more.

The parade of Rio de Janeiro of 2013 had ~3,5 million people. In Brasília, Belo Horizonte, Curitiba, Fortaleza and probably some other it is also above 2 million and in 10 more up to 2 million. Including both the city where I lived with my parents until I was 5 and the city where I was raised by my grandmother and currently live.

That's very nice, but it doesn't address the question, nor is that a year-round situation.

What the absolute fuck?

You may recall that this is a poster who admitted to dating 28 year olds when she was 15 because she was the specialist snowflake of them all and despite all scientific facts to the contrary was a totally mature, "fully blossomed woman" at the age of 15 and was way more mature than all those other lesser beings her own age and defiantly way more mature than all those stupid grown ups.

Of course she thinks you can have sex with children without it being rape. They might be special snowflakes like her.

That's what I was referring to. In that thread, whichever one it was, I don't recall, age of consent laws are wrong so statutory rape isn't. In this thread she cites a dictionary definition of rape that includes statutory rape. What, the dictionary's only right when it suits? Come on.
