Paul, being short and bald, probably wasn't a hit in the Judean dating pool.

Well, this is pretty well tragic.

Once secularism-in-government exists properly everywhere, what the hell am I going to have to complain about?

Acceptance of Homosexuals is no sign of secularism.

Secularism?!

This is Britain. Bishops sit in the House of Lords, the Queen is anointed by God, We have a State Church...and it all in practice has no importance, whilst retaining symbolic significance which allows us to have pretty national ceremonies. Why would we want secularism? It's just what we have now with no pretty bits.
Read "A Man For All Seasons". That explains most of what I believe in. Except the Catholic bits.

Outside of here I do lead a rather unusual and colourful life. As a Spinster.

I just want a nice man with a good accent and the manners of a Royal.

British, a really cliché G in LGBTQ gentleman a lot of the time.

Sure it is. No properly secular state could fail to ensure human rights regardless of sexuality. There is no non-religious argument to be made against homosexuality.

As well as there is a very little religious one to be made against homosexuality.

Don't get your knickers in a twist.

What I'm saying has nothing to do with the British government.

Then why exactly did you bother to post?
Is your time so worthless you go out of your way to comment on things you don't care about?

Yes, probably? Is it forbidden to say that I don't care? Is it take too much time to post?

Well, posting at all kind of confirms you care on some level.
People who don't care don't comment.

Good for Britain.

When they first started with this project I thought they were going to beat France to it, due to the whole "Manif pour tous" bullshit, but we still finished first. Good.

Now, continue on Britain, join the rest of us. Join us. Join us.

Unfortunately I don't see 'posting' at that big deal, actually. Beside, I thought it'd be boring if all answers are positive, I come with apathetic reply.

Why do you mind with me posting 'meh i don't care'?

The Lords amended the bill to allow that people who legally change sex will be able to remain married to their partner afterwards. In some places, IIRC, even when gay marriage is legal transitioning people are forced to divorce and remarry. The Commons happily approved the amendments.
