You could always consider Rising Dawn. We are a small and friendly region that stands up for human rights, social and economic progress and responsible government. We have an off-site forum where you can join our regional government, everyone have a fair and equal chance for a government position. You can also choose your own placement and size of your nation, along with a suggestion box where you can share new ideas, improvements and critiques.

Check out The Commonwealth of Crowns. Ever active and a close knit community, this region may just be the place for you. We are into RP majorly and also legislation and we do gameplay once in a while, although we like to be known as a neutral nation, equidistant from raiders and defenders.
We are a democracy and every nation can run for the top 5 posts in the Executive Council.
Currently we have around 4 active RPs going on in our forums and the Constitution is also being overhauled and a debate is in progress. We'd like to hear your views too.
