Why is everyone saying the hit on Drew that was flagged was a bad call and not the obvious missed call when Capernick throw it away out of the inzone that wasn't called?

I personally wouldn't have seen that called, I don't like all these rules babying QBs, but the rules the way they are it was a good call. Niners are just butthurt.

Maybe because hitting a QB in the shoulder is legal and throwing a ball away in the direction of a receiver from your 1 yard line is not a safety.

Kaepernick wasn't in the endzone anyway, so even if intentional grounding had been called, it wouldn't have been a safety anyways.
He actually was in the endzone everybody could see that
