Bosnia has the same prices, although a tiny bit lower(at least in Sarajevo) with Serbia ...and Macedonia is just weird(It's full of Casinos, brothels etc, owned bu not-so-nice Greek and Bulgarian "businessmen", making it quite expensive for Balkan standards, but in the meantime in the same levels as Serbia)

I've been to Bosnia, Serbia, Macedonia and Albania from the Balkan Countries(not counting my country of residence, of course).

Japanese and Korean are in different language families. Finnish is in a different language family than the other Nordic languages (they are Indo-European and Finnish is an isolate or possibly related to Hungarian). Turkish and Farsi aren't Semitic languages.

Interestingly, Romanian is a Romance language so it is more closely related to French/Spanish/Italian/Portugese than it is to Russian (which is a Slavic language).

I understand you're not exactly going for a high-quality linguistic survey, but I'd point out that Finnish is about as related to Swedish or Icelandic as English is to Chinese, while French, Italian, and the "Iberian languages" are pretty close.

Interestingly? Not really. As much as Russia tried to make a Russian majority in here, only 5% of Romanian words are Slavic.
Romania existed way before Russia. Roman Empire.
