I agree with you, but with 76 votes already, it's too late.

I know, but if there is another poll in the future It should look like that:
Germanic(English, German, Dutch, Scandinavian)
Chinese(Mandarin, Wu, Min)
Japanese-Korean
Latin(Italian, French, Romanian, Portuguese, Spanish)
Semitic(Arab, Hebrew, Maltese, Basque)
Slavic(Polish, Russian, South Slavic)
Uralic(Finnish, Hungarian, Baltic)
Austronesian(Malagasy, Malay, Khmer, Aboriginal, Polynesian)
Turkic
Other Indo-European(Persian, Armenian, Albanian, Greek, Hindi).

Word order is pretty flexible due to the case system (like Latin), but I just stick to S-V-O most of the time like in Modern English.

How about questions (are/do/will you + verb) or adjectives/adverbs?

"Do" doesn't really exist in OE as it does in ME: in ME, you can use "do" as an auxiliary like in "do you eat food?", but no such use existed in OE. Instead, they'd just invert the verb and subject to make it a question (like in German), like so: "iteest þu fodan?" or literally "eat you food?"

They didn't have a future tense (and thus no "will"), and would instead infer the future using various means.

Adjectives and adverbs worked the same as in Modern English, but they'd have to be inflected for case. The ME adverb ending "ly" (quickly, carefully) comes from the adverb ending "lic" (pronounced "leech") in OE.

I don't get how you can refer to the future without a future tense.

We can group Eastern Asian languages together, Merge the two with Chinese languages, and split another option in two.
Also, Icelandic should be put in the German option. Iceland is not a part of Scandinavia.
