The first time I saw this, I thought it was hysterically funny, as I got a bit older, I decided it was mildly amusing, now I think it's sort of meh.

I guess I really just want to know how you feel about it ... amused, bored, offended.

It is only funny to the extent that people get offended by it. It's a bit outdated.

Scottish not British.

for, as long as but a hundred of us remain alive, never will we on any conditions be brought under English rule. It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom -- for that alone, which no honest man gives up but with life itself.

I was not aware there was a dichotomy.
I think we risk becoming the best informed society that has ever died of ignorance. ~Reuben Blades

I got quite annoyed after the Haiti earthquake. A baby was taken from the wreckage and people said it was a miracle. It would have been a miracle had God stopped the earthquake. More wonderful was that a load of evolved monkeys got together to save the life of a child that wasn't theirs. ~Terry Pratchett

Kind of cute, but not as awesome as a Nuremberg Rally or anything.
The Serene and Glorious Reich of Nazi Flower Power has existed for longer than Nazi Germany! Thank you to all the brave men and women of the Allied forces who made this possible!

offensive does not always make less funny. funny never makes less offensive. where either applies. the example cited however, fails miserably at being very much of particularly either.
truth isn't what i say. isn't what you say. isn't what anybody says. truth is what is there, when no one is saying anything.

Let's put silly clothes on a dead guy. Yay. Maybe not offensive, but a bit tasteless.
