I have to wonder however, how much of that is people just saying yes to get the creepy kids to go away. How many of them don't have the testicular fortitude to put on an odd costume and harass the little creeps right back?

Australia is actually pretty conservative in some ways.
I support peace in Israel and Palestine. The governments and people in power on all sides are an absolute disgrace, and their unwillingness to pursue peace is a disservice to the people they are meant to be serving. The status quo is not simply untenable; it is unquestionably unacceptable.

Ya know, I always get into those MS vs Apple arguments, as I find them entertaining, but it never struck me until you mentioned it now... anyone against gay rights pretty much only has Linux to use, and even there, pretty likely only a kernel they compile themselves.

Some more, a hundred to be exact, companies that support LGBT rights.

Have fun with that, conservatives that want to boycott.

Yah, that's what I mean, it'd have to be a Linux distro they compile themselves to be really sure they're not promoting any gay rights. And even that's stretching it, since the kernel has to come from somewhere.

Plus some positively enormous companies like Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Cisco Systems, Viacom, Walt Disney, the McGraw-Hill publishing house, EA, Adobe... the list goes on and on and on, if the amicus brief filed with the Supreme Court in favour of gay marriage signed by 278 companies is any indication.

Good luck living without those.

Really, boycotting anyone or company that supports gay marriage is pretty much moving off the grid.
