Public Nudity: What do you think?

What do you think NS? Public nudity has existed since Adam and Eve. The Bible itself doesn't seem to be negative towards it, except some verses of Leviticus, which may refer to nakedness in sexuality. Nudity is becoming more existent, and there are probably some nudist NS'ers (more increasingly myself).

I can't remember the last time the "Nudists demand time in the sun" issue came up, but since then PPH has shifted towards public nudity that is banned only if it is done to harm or harass.

Personally, I think nudism is fine if it's not used to harass.

Abrahamic religion followers: Adam and Eve were unashamed and naked. They discovered shame and sinned by ignoring God. Nudity isn't a sin, which is supported by multiple instances of nudity in the Bible, such as acts by King David and the disciples.

For non-believers: Nudists don't let perversion enter their minds. Knees used to be like the female buttocks in terms of eroticism, because they were hidden, and became erotic because it was hidden, and not allowed. People always go for what they can't have, which explains why the female breasts have remained erotic. If you're disgusted, there's no reason to be. They won't bother you, and you won't bother them. Nudity shouldn't be a shameful thing. The hidden and shameful view of the naked body is exactly why pornography is growing in view. It is because it was thought shameful that people are taught to find it shameful, but the shamefulness is appetizing to teens or those who are easily able to fall into it.

Children have no shame when the naked body appears. If you saw a naked body as a child (which there is a good chance you did), you thought nothing bad of it. Why is it different now?

i wasn't sure if this thread was in-character or not, since general is out-of-character. perhaps you should clarify...

anyway, speaking on real-world terms i'm not entirely 100% on the canadian laws about public nudity, but my personal view is that i think it's okay as like a free speech sort of thing. after all, we've had some stories recently of people stripping in protest, e.g. pussy riot, and then that one guy who got naked at an airport terminal in the US to protest the TSA.

as for just walking around casually in public with no clothes on... i think it is reasonable to ask people to put something on. private place or a nude beach, though, i think that's fine.

doesn't bother me...I actually think people wearing clothes are more erotic than nudes, so people just being naked are just people being naked...no big deal.

In fact when I was in uni, nude people sitting in my room watching TV, or at my parties was a normal occurrence...to the chagrin of many newly moved in freshers
