So a boy is raped with a pencil, yet it is he and his family that suffers and is treated like the perps? And is also forced to move to a town and the dad is forced to have a job that pays half his salery? That is messed up.

I'm not sure they were forced to move, per se. Certainly a lot of people in the town called for the principle's resignation, but it sounds like he was just offered the other job and took it. I can't blame him, half his salary would be a fully acceptable loss to get away from neighbors like that.

Let alone a full salary and another principal or administrator position.

This why I look over my shoulder all the time, travel in packs with my fellow outcasts, and used to carry a wooden club in my backpack all the time to school. Students in middle and high school are disgusting monsters and a blight upon mankind, sad that I must be among them everyday.
