Recovering my gamertag.

Once again, I shall ask all ya'll for the answer to this one. OK.

I want to recover my gamertag for Xbox Live on the Xbox 360. But I cannot because my parents can't access the old email, so they cannot get the new password sent to us. Do you guys know how I can change the email to a one that we use?
