Since life needs to exist to make observations, and since we can make observations, no matter what we observe, whether right or wrong, leads us to the conclusion that life exists. Since the only observations I can prove have been made are my observations, all I can prove is that I exist. You guys might be hallucinations or a glitch in the matrix or evil penguins or whatever, but I know that I exist. In short, I think therefore I am.
