I'm not sure what to be more disturbed by. That you seem to think ex post facto laws are A-OK or the large possibility that Snowden could 'legally' be killed under the current administration by being labeled a terrorist or aiding them.

Generally, when someone says another person deserves to die, I want to know why they want to kill someone, other than "I think it's a good idea."
