We would, among other affects. But I don't seriously support that proposal, it is my default reponse to attacks on fiat currency as it allows me to point out that gold/silver/etc. are even more fiat than paper. If a currency is to be in use, which I don't support, then it should be a fiat currency and should specifically be a paper/coin currency.
Sheep would be bad currency. The "yearly dividend" in wool and perhaps milk would encourage hoarding.
