New Zepuhan Parliament Interest

So while I've been playing in the NSG senate and looking over factbooks I got this idea. Why don't I create a fact book entry for my active parliament, but let other people play a Representative in one of the houses. House of lords or House of Commons, and enact laws that would affect MT New Zepuha and make other parliamentary decisions. This is a quick little intro to an idea but would anyone be interested in participating if I did do this?
