You just have to look at the Bible for proof.

Although this statistic was from 9 years ago, I'm fairly confident that it hasn't fluctuated significantly in under a decade, unless, of course, the majority of the American public have actually become informed about major Biblical flaws (Yahweh forbid).

Pretty sure a helluva lot more Americans support gay rights now than they did nine years ago, so yeah, that is a possibility.

Somehow I don't think they're the same. Gay rights have active campaigns, and I've never heard of the "The Global Flood Didn't Happen" movement.

Homophobia stems mostly from religion. If people are supporting gay rights, it means they're placing much less emphasis on what preachers the Good Book are telling them.

People get tired of having to judge everyone and regulate lives (particularly their own). Working on Sundays just isn't a big deal these days. People like to have sex. People don't want to have to unfriend someone for being gay, especially when it will make them look like a douche to all their straight friends. It's just easier not to follow crazy rules that don't give anything in return except for a vague promise of paradise that people are either believing in less, or believing that those rules aren't required to achieve it.

How is it similar to Noah's Ark though? I've never actually heard of this before.

Would you care to support why you did so? ( Not expecting much of them).
