Curiouser and curiouser...

Saw an interview with TSF on Channel 4 not too long ago, last month I think. It's always fun to try to guess. My dad swears he's Kevin Davies, but I'm not sold on that.

At this point I'm pretty sure that Dave Kitson is the Secret Footballer.

That's disappointing. I'd pay good money to see some putz trying to play with a paper bag over his head. :D

Not with Iniesta playing on the wing, Neymar and Alba out injured (but in enough time to make the WC thankfully)

I'm swinging in the opposite, Real Madrid direction. If they can go on to win against Atleti in the semis, then I'll really start believing that this is their Treble season and La Decima is only weeks away.

If I'm being honest, I think Atletico wins La Liga (although I dare not get my hopes up) and Bayern win the CL, meaning that between Barca and Real Madrid there was just one major trophy/title won. Much headscratching will ensue.

This will last for literally one season as Athletico will have bankrupted themselves to get here. :/

With Diego's contract ending, Koke, Arda, and Costa probably wanting more money, Villa ageing, and Courtois returning to Chelsea from loan and Atleti not having enough money to keep him there, it could be interesting. There goes the attack and the superstar goalkeeper.

West Ham United statement:
West Ham United announce the sad news that forward Dylan Tombides has passed away at the age of 20 following his brave battle with cancer.

Dylan passed away on Friday morning with his family by his side having courageously fought the disease for three years after initially being diagnosed with testicular cancer in summer 2011.

He remained a regular visitor to Chadwell Heath throughout his treatment and his positive attitude and professional approach to his football and training always impressed and boosted his team-mates and coaches alike.

Dylan's amazing resilience and positivity saw him through months of surgery and chemotherapy, while his outstanding talent saw him make his first-team debut in a League Cup tie with Wigan Athletic at the Boleyn Ground in September 2012.

Away from the pitch, Dylan did a huge amount of work to raise awareness of male cancer, supporting the One for the Boys campaign at a number of high-profile events alongside the likes of Hollywood star Samuel L. Jackson, snooker star Jimmy White and fellow Australian Peter Andre.

Dylan was respected by everyone who knew him for his intelligent views on the game and his larger than life character. He was a loving son, amazing brother and well-respected member of the West Ham squad. He will be hugely missed by everyone who had the honour of knowing him.

His passing will be marked by a minute's applause ahead of Saturday's Barclays Premier League fixture with Crystal Palace at the Boleyn Ground. The Hammers' players will also wear black armbands in his memory.

The thoughts of everyone associated with the Club are with his parents Tracylee and Jim, brother Taylor, his family and friends at this sad time. The Club request that their privacy is now respected and they are allowed to grieve their much loved son and brother in peace.

Even the acting great himself has weighed in…
SamuelLJackson: Gone too soon Dylan Tombides . It was a pleasure to have met you. My thoughts are with your family. http://t.co/Wly8TeVHYR

The Super Cup is even less valuable than the Spanish Cup. La Liga is what matters most, after the CL and Europa League of course.

Fifa 14 Career Mode

Postby North Arabia » Fri Apr 18, 2014 5:45 pm

I have a problem Sanogo, Sturridge, Podolski, Morara(loan), Jordan Rhodes i plan on having all of them for next season who should i sell i don't want to deal with unhappy players and i'm also planning on buying Benzema or Diego Costa who should go? Sturridge is automatically staying. I have another problem i want to purchase Eden Hazard and Coutinho but i am Arsenal and we are rivals should i use Ozil or Cazorla as bait?

Yes, it will be a one season thing. They will lose all their stars, but I have no idea where you got bankrupt from. Athletico are one of the better run clubs (financially) in Spain.

This Cardiff-Stoke game is pretty intense!

I don't always get the chance to watch games on TV, living in the states, but I'm glad when I get to. Even if my Manchester Utd had a pretty poor year...

Based Eriksen comes through again. If he was in this form earlier in the season, he would be nominated for Young Player of the Season. Next season though, that's when Tottenham will finally step it up.

But 8 assists and 7 goals in 22 games. Something's working.

Edit: Wait, Chelsea lost? At Stamford Bridge? Under Mourinho?

Gus Poyet must've done some ridiculous black magic for this to happen. Their Great Escape seems to be on.

Two things. First is that their president came out and said they couldnt afford to pay the 5 mil to play Courtoius.

The second is that the same happened to Valencia.
