4th :)

Well done to Vylyu as well - 98 points is a ridiculous return for one week's fantasy football.

No chance of the Diggler making an appearance?

Sorry, force of habit. Dirk Kuyt. Or is his face still even more granitey than usual?

He made an appearance in the league game this weekend, tbh I was surprised. He didn't play that well, though. I thought he wouldn't return for a few months.

I was thinking of trying to get in to the Fenerbahce club round the corner in Stoke Newington Rd but then remembered it got hipstered up a while ago. There are loads of Turks round here so it might be fun to watch it with them rather that with the gooners

Looooong way to go...

And how does the goal difference work on that as well? I'm on F6 A24 for -18. How is that worked out? And don't say 6-24=-18...

As far as I can work out, the only way to get a positive GD is to get the score spot on (I went 1–0 Liverpool and got +2 for that). Anything else seems to result in a negative GD.

Right, makes sense. I've just thought to check the 'Rules' and it says this:

For each incorrect number of goals you predict per team, you lose the difference in goals. e.g. you predict 3 and the team scores 2, you get -1 goals.

For each correct teams number of goals you score, you receive a positive goal difference based on the following scale:
- You predict 0 or 1 goals and the team scores 0 or 1, you receive +1 goal difference.
- You predict 2 goals or more and the team scores that number, you receive double the number of goals predicted, ie. you predict 3 and the team scores 3, you get +6 goal difference.

So, actually, you can get a positive goal difference if you get the result wrong, let alone the score (though admittedly, you'd have to predict, say a 3-3 draw and it be 4-3 - think you'd get +5 for that).
One million deaths is a statistic. One death is a smaller statistic.

5-2, 3-0...I like Fener's stadium. Can we move it to North London?

Fuck the coach that's all I can say. We could beat them today, but definitely not with such a stupid coach and his stupid decisions.

Some blood as well..Koscielny boot to the face then Szczesny got stood on.
Man I miss Highbury.
Can't we just move the seats closer to the pitch in the Emirates.Would increase the capacity and maybe add to what we left behind at Highbury.

Fixed that for ya. ;)

Fenerbahce were poor. Webo didn't play that well, Kadlec on Walcott was a penalty waiting to happen, Volkan made a bad error, Meireles was pretty ineffective. Emenike coming on made a difference, though it was 2-0 before he even got a touch, I think, and I was impressed with Potuk in the ten minutes he was on the pitch, but none of the rest of the team played well.

Apparently I'm top of the NSG FPL. How the fuck did that happen?

This nation should not be taken to be representative of my real-life views, nor should any of the nonsense I posted on here as a teenager.

After all the false dawns in Arsenal's transfer window I can't even get excited by this. Ready to pay £40m for Benzema, but not £35m for Higuain? :palm:

But seriously, what about a central defender and a defensive midfielder?

I doubt it. I think that them playing in 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 formation is most likely although a 3-5-1-1 seems possible.

Well this is silly. Apparently it'll cost me more to turn up at York station and get a train ticket to Hull on the day than it would to actually buy a ticket to watch Hull play Liverpool (in the Hull end, ofc. Ain't nobody but a season ticket holder getting a Liverpool away ticket).

Was just a joke. The strength in depth is incredible, a decent left back and I reckon you're an outside punt at the title.
