Right at this moment, Hans Zimmer's soundtrack to Crimson Tide. Zimmer is just awesome. He makes me want to watch movies just by writing a score for them.

My other current favorites are Gregorian's latest album, Masters of Chant, Chapter VII (Gregorian chant, if the name didn't make that clear), as well as Nigel Kennedy's and Kroke's album East meets East (some awesome Klezmer dances).
