We should be encouraging more women to become powerful and influential in politics and culture, then. It being a man's world doesn't mean we shouldn't care.

Also, NSG is not actual politics.

Hm. Could you explain the exact reasons for politics being an inherently masculine subject? It seems to me like it should be fairly neutral.
