A country is not theirs if they aren't assimilated into the culture and don't identify with the existing nations. Now before you bring up the Native Americans, I'm going to say this:

Yes, what we did to the Natives was essentially an invasion. It was wrong. It violated their self-determination and destroyed their culture. The land was theirs, and the English took it. However, that has passed. The land now belongs to the Americans. And Americans are a cultural group, not an ethnic group.

The Americans took it more than the English, and you seem to be dismissing us as if we no longer exist, our treaties no longer hold weight and America hasn't still been doing that type of shit to Native Americans.
