And he was healed, right then. It was pretty awkward for the priest because he had to just not say anything then "amen," when the healed individual and his dad were probably expecting a more substantial prayer.

And this was an actual case, or are you making it up?

Actual case.

It's pretty much a solid theory.

Explain the difference? I'm not trying to be spiteful with that, honestly I'm just wondering what you mean.

Scientific theories are NEVER 100% true. Science never asserts truth. Science explains natural phenomena with what it has at hand.

The germ theory of disease isn't 100% true. The theory of gravity isn't 100% true. However, that doesn't stop them from not HAVING truth because they have a whole bunch of evidence to corroborate them after years of refutation attempts by other scientists.

Evolution (also not 100% true) is a marvelous example of that. Darwin observed the finches in the Galapagos, noting their physical characteristics and how they seemed to help the birds live out their lives on the particular islands. He predicted you could find evidence of adaptation and natural selection in comparative zoology and transitional fossils. We have both of those. When genetics came rolling around, evolutionists collectively shit their pants because they were worried genetics would blow evolution out of the water. But it didn't. It provided an explanation of the biological mechanisms of evolution.

We now understand that apes are related to man and how life might have come about from non-organic components.

It's beautiful, if you ask me.

Nope, but he has done little things for me. I notice that I'm amazingly lucky when I am good and much less lucky when I'm bad.

Since norm and reality are Usually different, then by your logic, usual normal things such as water being wet or saints as generally being virtuous is not applicable because what is normal and what is real is dissonant.

Therefore, water is dry, saints are evil, logic is stupid and a Noble Peace Prize winner is a heartless bitch because of a minority view.
