I need a few tips on how to become a Psychotic Dictatorship. I've tried for this almost the whole time I've been active, and my government has remained an Iron Fist Consumerist state. Any tips? I thank you in advance.

Restrict all freedoms, political, civil, or economic. In short, be like Russia, the USSR, North Korea, or Iran. You seem to have too many economic freedoms, try outlawing capitalism, placing massive restrictions on business, and ban literally anything the issues allow you to ban. A more realistic title would be communist dictatorship, as, in order to access the category, you must essentially be communist.
