Hahahahahahahahaha.
(Hint: the presumption of innocence is a thing COURTS do during TRIALS! Not actually a thing where private citizens are required to pretend that anyone not convicted of a crime did not commit that crime! Trying to smack down a lawyer while lacking even this most incredibly basic understanding of the law does not actually make you look smart!)

Trying to claim I don't know the difference between court proceedings and public opinion is stretching it. No, presumption of innocence by the general public is not legally required. However, "It doesn't matter what the courts say, everyone's guilty" seems more like the words of a lynch mob than a lawyer.
Also, I don't see a huge difference between irrationally assuming that accusers are always lying and defendants are always innocent and irrationally assuming that accusers are always truthful and defendants are always guilty.

Iied. I'll leave it to our more astute readers to determine how.

Okay...so...the article said "NSFW" enough times for me to go look that video up (which, true to it's billing is not something that can be linked here)...because, apparently, I'm still suggestion's bitch...
Alright, rapey lyrics aside...
...holy shit is that guy trying too hard. I mean, just getting past the giant screen dominating insistence that I apparently tweet #thicke for some reason...that kind of overt sexual posturing is the kind of thing you usually find from someone who eventually ends up being caught having sex with other men in a park bathroom.
I mean christ...and if the overwhelming insecurities weren't enough, two thirds of the way through the music video there's balloons spelling out "Robin Thicke has a big dick"...I mean, for fuck's sake, buy a Corvette like a normal person.
Good lord, that was an uncomfortable two and half minutes.

At some point I just switched tabs, I couldn't watch the video anymore. I wasn't even watching the NSFW one, and I couldn't stand it.

The only way the NSFW one could be any better is if you're a fan of boobs. Which, to be fair, I am. However, it pretty quickly makes you feel uncomfortable for liking boobs because you find yourself going, "Wait...am...am I like that?" Like when you make an offhand comment about someone looking nice today and the skeezy dude next to you goes, "I'd hit that, right?" and now you feel creepy by association.

Okay. I forced myself to look at the SFW video. I put it on mute because I heard the song once, I wanted to keep my dignity.
Holy fuck. I felt as if the women in the video were being used as ornaments.

"as if"? It wouldn't have been any clearer if they had been hooked to the branches of a pine tree with tinsel.

"I know you want it

I know you want it
But you're a good girl
The way you grab me
Must wanna get nasty
Go ahead, get at me"
Holy fuck at the second half of the verse. It's basically implying that a girl's actions means that she wants to have sex with the speaker, and that the speaker knows she wants it... without even asking her.

In fairness... yeah, that happens.
You still ask, of course. Wishful thinking is a thing.
