Numerous tweets are saying that people are being shot and killed in Kızılay Mall in Ankara...I don't know what to believe.

If this is true, I hope Erdogan gets a taste of his own medicine.
I support peace in Israel and Palestine. The governments and people in power on all sides are an absolute disgrace, and their unwillingness to pursue peace is a disservice to the people they are meant to be serving. The status quo is not simply untenable; it is unquestionably unacceptable.

Yeah, to dumbasses with an oppression complex who know nothing about Fascism it is.

Which I have the displeasure of meeting rather regularly.

*sighs*

Yeah, I know how you feel...

But you have to understand that people vilify each other all the time, especially in circumstances as tumultuous as this. It's emotional, it's passion-driven, and it's very common by most. How true it is is debatable, but rarely does truth have a role in anything.

I understand this, but it doesn't mean I won't counter it wherever I encounter it.

Erdogan deserves death. Isn't there anybody who can assassinate him? DHKP/C or anything, it will put an end to all this mass.

Nothing on the Kızılay Mall right now, but it is reported that the open addresses being shared over Twitter to provide refuge for the protesters are being raided. Unconfirmed, but still disturbing.

I honestly think that would make things worse in some ways. Call me what you want, but I always prefer the most peaceful path possible to solve these issues.

Not really. AKP's grassroots are sheeps. They can in no way rush out into the streets. I haven't seen a single, the smallest counter-protest in favour of the government so far. They all are currently sleeping in their homes. Typical coward conservative nerds.

The streets are ours. Don't run away, Erdogan!

I'm English. For those that don't know what this means, this is a disclaimer that if I'm being rude, obnoxious, uncomparatively stupid, or hugely radical, it's very likely that I'm being cynical, ironic, exaggerative, or simply mocking you.

As for my actual views, I'm pro-liberty, anti-democracy, and unsure so far as economic freedoms are concerned. I have reasons for each of these, none of which I shall go into here.

That's how I felt until I read Kemalist's death to Erdogan post. Makes me wonder what the anti-government groups are like :?

How much shit do you know about the situation? how much shit do you know about how Erdogan's "mercenaries" are attacking the citizens, WHO WERE PROTESTING PEACEFULLY AND CIVILIZEDLY IN THE BEGINNING?

The responsible of this scene deserves death, and it's Erdogan

Thousands of people celebrated in the streets when Thatcher died. The same when Hitler and Mussolini died. And yes, the same will happen after Erdogan finally kicks the bucket!

Calm the flippity fuck down. It's not like the guy is committing genocide. He's an asshole I'd be glad to see go, as in "go" out of office. Not "ugh, he's a fascist dick and a protestor is dead, so now I'm equating him to Hitler, and uh Mussolini, and uh Thatcher!"

For fuck's sake.

Kemalist wrote:Thousands of people celebrated in the streets when Thatcher died.

Yes, and those people were assholes.

Kemalist wrote:The same when Hitler and Mussolini died. And yes, the same will happen after Erdogan finally kicks the bucket!

Nice, let's compare a guy who tried to systematically murder all the Jews, in addition to actually killing millions to a butthole who cracked down on protests and some people got killed. Bravo.

Additional police forces are being brought by ferry boats to Besiktas near the Taksim Square. The protesters in Taksim Square along with buldozer has mobilized toward Besiktas to support the rebels.

I didn't say "armed" rebels. See the difference.
