It's a terrible idea, far as I can see, to associate such thing with inferior ability to soldier. When they get out of boot camp, they'll still be gay, or Asian, or Hindu(probably) or whatever. Give 'em shit about how they're lazy or weak and all that, and they'll be able to work harder and fix it, and when they finish boot camp it won't be true any more.
