It's made by hormones that are produced in your brain, hormones are produced because of your genes, if you are subject to epigenetics, which I don't feel like getting into, your hormones can be changed, meaning your brain's perception of your sexual orientation can change.

Yes. I had to choose to be straight.

If you had to make a conscious decision to be into the opposite gender, I've got some bad news for you...

There are plenty of ways to debate without insulting other people's beliefs directly. Maybe like, I don't know, actually looking up reasons to why their opinions could be skewed? Instead of simply stating that their beliefs are just "wrong" as I see way to often on NSG.

I highly doubt that any individual on Nationstates has been asked for sex, whether it be from that of a man or woman.

But everyone is entitled to their own opinion, I suppose.

That isn't an opinion, he said it was a theory, you see, a theory is something that has been tested and proved in most cases to be true, an opinion is just some individual's opinion..sorry, the scientist in me tends to rage over things like this.

That does not mean their opinions are worthy of respect. Homophobia destroys lives. Yes. I had to choose to be straight.

When did you make the mental choice to be straight? Can you prove your theory to us by turning gay really fast and then turn back? Why don't I remember when I chose to be pansexual? Why has this global conspiracy formed by millions of people insisting they never made this choice? Why are people just as likely to choose to be gay in countries that carry the death penalty as they are in countries where same-sex marriage is legal and discrimation based on sexual orientation is outlawed?
