Just like walking is the process by which I go 100ft across the street to get a sandwich, but its also the process I use to go 2 miles to exercise.

What does "some animals need every part of their body to survive" mean? And why would evolution not give them that part? Again, what do you think evolution is? How does evolution work? Why do you keep referencing evolution like pokemon does?

That has everything to do with it.

If I walk 100ft, then another 100ft, and then another 100ft, I'll eventually walk 2 miles. Evolution is the same.

some animals need every part survive and with evolution they wouldn't be alive

Animals do not lose essential features via evolution - that would make no sense. Animals that "need every part survive", however, can still evolve, as long as they don't lose necessary features. Example: If seals were to begin to spend more time on land (possible due to increased acidity of ocean water), they might evolve slimmer, more leg-like flippers, and eventually legs. However, they wouldn't evolve legs while still living primarily in the sea.

Because its not evolution unless a dog gives birth to an elephant!
