(Not looking at the abiogenesis part of your post because I lazy and it not so relevant.)

The odds of life as we know it happening to exist on a planet without the right conditions for life as we know it are nil.

Life as we know it exists because this is the life which has been able to survive given the conditions of our planet. If the conditions of our planet were different, life would be different or not exist, but if there was life, then that life would be life as we (well, they) know it. In the same way, a puddle is a certain shape because that is the shape of the hole it is in -- the hole was not made to fit it. If the hole is a different shape, the puddle will be a different shape too.

Simple really. We're not talking about "how we got here".
Those LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE ODDS that you people keep trying to avoid. Supposedly random elements (carbon, hydrogen, etc.) form together just exactly to form a single celled organism. Then after "millions" of years some single-celled organisms realized it would be cool to work together and became multicellular organisms. The after "billions" of years humans happen to be here after mutating and changing... Can someone please explain this?

Yes. You're conflating abiogenesis with evolution. Abiogenesis basically means "life from non-life", and to the best of my knowledge there are various ideas about how this happened, but none of them have anything to do with evolution. Evolution is only about how life changes over time.

I do not doubt that organisms have to adapt to their surroundings. I do, however, do not understand how complex organisms just happen to be existing on a planet that has just he right criteria for life as we know it.

So get a good biology education and try coming closer to understanding it if it bothers you.

Why do we need the origins to talk about the process? If I tell you a plane is flying, do you find it impossible to believe without knowing where it comes from? If I tell you I walked across town, do you find it impossible to believe without knowing where I live? If I explain to you how a car runs, do you need to know how the engine was designed and built in order to process it?

And you're wrong on one very important point the planet does not have the right criteria for life as we know it... life has adapted to fit the environment that is present on this planet.

We need to discuss the origin because 1) that is mainly where Creationists and Evolutionists disagree and 2) mainstream evolutionists base their origin on the big bang which has many flaws.
If organisms adapted to the planet, why then are scientists who look for life on other planets looking for earth-like atmosphere and characteristics?

Because we know that life can and does exist on a planet with this atmosphere and these characteristics?

What it says exists because of what it says exists, basically.
Therefore, the bible is relatable to any other fiction novel.
