If you all got over yourselves just enough to come together and still hate everyone else, you all could probably form a band or two. It's a surprisingly fertile ground, misanthropes in a band.

THE HORROR.
I mean, I can see why you can't possibly talk to these people. They wear shirts for the wrong reasons, you guys. Truly, never has a crime so grave been committed before.

Got actual data?
Good data?
No?
Then I'll say that I don't believe you at all, state that what I've seen is contrary to that, and move along. Because as far as I'm concerned, your "correlation" is actually "confirmation bias" and "misandrist presumption." Six of one, half dozen of the other, doesn't really matter which.

I was trying to be sarcastic, referring to the word "poser". They don't actually do that, just some of them.
The reason I can't talk to them is for many reasons, which would take me hours to fully list.

Incidently, after almost a decade of working music retail (that's the fanciest way I could come up with saying 'wasted my twenties working at a record store...sigh), I still have a bunch of t-shirts from bands I don't know. One of these days I should look up Scapegoat Wax...or is that the album title and Okeyblow the band name? I don't know, they're from Chico I guess, since the cover is a picture of a Chico exit sign...

Clearly you are a horrible person who cannot be spoken to. (As am I, since I used to do a ton of theatre and my large collection of Random Crap Left Over From a Costume includes some thrift-store t-shirts with bands I don't care about on them. They are still comfortable t-shirts, so sometimes I wear them. Monstrous of me, I know.)
