Some people think that what she did shouldn't be against the law.

In Canada, you just wait 7 years and if you haven't committed additional crimes, you can fill out some forms, pay a fee and it gets wiped off your record. I think now they're having someone look at whether people deserve it, but it isn't an elected official (it might not even be just one individual).
I can't say I'm familiar with this kind of thing, but I don't think it would be called a pardon.

The fact that the younger girl's parents reported it for revenge, and the general inconsistency of Florida's consent laws (the relationship was legal before the older girl was 18 [17 and 15], but became illegal as soon as she turned 18, when it would become legal again when the younger girl turned 16 in a few months).

I'm not especially familiar with that either. I'm aware that it exists and that they changed the system recently. Here they are called pardons though and they basically wipe your criminal record and remove your finger prints from the relevant databases as long as you do not commit another offense. It seems you have to wait between 5 to 10 years after you've served your time to obtain one.

What truly has consent, is Instinct and Sex. Because these are both older than societies, laws or numbers. Therefore by law of Maturity and Consent, Sex wins. And Sex is instinctively possible AT ANY AGE .
Whoever dictated we all consider solar years as actual years? What if I believe Jupiter is the greatest celestial body?

If the female you're saying lewd words to consents, there's no problem.
You should do a workplace harassment course - they go through this.

Florida had an investigation and had reason to press charges. They must have actual reason to believe that an actual crime was committed to press charges.

I know that some states give the franchise back to felons after they've served their time, but I wouldn't know off hand whether Florida is among them.

How is that inconsistent? The law sets out rules and people's changing ages can put them in violation of those rules. She should have known better. And people report others to the authorities "for revenge" all the time. It's easier when the other person actually has violated the law.
