Think about Katrina and many others. The US population has fucked over and around. The Japanese worked together on it.

Superior is a loaded word.

But peoples of different ethnic/"racial" (if you want to use the word race) backgrounds can be, and are in many cases, obviously different in physical and mental capabilities. There are many reasons for this, owing to development (evolution) in areas of different terrain, climate, and so on. Some peoples are more likely to be tall and skinny, some stout, some better runners and others better thinkers. But at the end of the day we're all still humans, and while we should embrace our unique heritages at the same time we should not forget that all humans are entitled to recognized as such.
I wouldn't hate a corgi because it has different traits than a German Shepherd. They're both still man's best friend.

We should all celebrate and revel in our diversity rather than ignoring science and pretending we're all cookie-cutter copies of each other.

You would have to define superior... Many believe that minority races deserve extra help in society and that because of past events are unable to fix their status without lowering standards for them. These people believe that some races are superior to others and its a slap in the face to anyone affected by it. This is a myth, most white majority countries have a large enough pool of in-group genetic diversity that if they theoretically closed their borders forever they wouldn't all become inbred mutants. As for the suggestion that hybrids are healthier, when you consider the genetic variance within a group there is no evidence that "hybrid vigour" somehow applies to races of humans.
