If incompetence was a high crime, than we'd be out most of about two-thirds of the Federal government. The only competent thing Obama did was ordering the killing of bin Ladin

Incorrect, if he was impeached he'd be acquitted by the Senate.

Impeachment = accusation, not conviction and removal from office. Clinton was impeached, and acquitted.
