actually it depends of who Lucifer is, because Lucifer is described as a fallen angle who rebelled against god in Isaiah.

even if Satan =/= Lucifer
Satan and a host of angles are cast out of heaven in revelations for starting a war in heaven.

I always say that it's not God but his fan clubs that I have a problem with. Rather than joining one of them, or rejecting God altogether, I try to use my own judgement to understand him.

To me, God clearly exists as a universal force rather than a distinct being with a certain personality. God can take infinite forms and aspects to interact with his creation, but he never takes sides - he just keeps the balance. For every action, there is a proportionate reaction. For every right there is also a wrong, and vice versa.

I find the religious practices of elaborate rituals and prayers foolish. Not only the self-proclaimed believers attempt to persuade God in taking a side, they also expect God to solve their problems.

God has given Man control over the most advanced supercomputer in existence (brain), coupled with the most sophisticated precision manipulators (arms) and the most adaptible and universal propulsion system (legs) to date. More, he has given Man the power to decide how to use all these incredible tools, and it depends solely on Man whether he uses them for right, for wrong, or for nothing. To ask for anything more by praying to God is just insulting - it's like someone asked you to buy him a villa in Malibu after you have just given him a billion dollars - so unsurprisingly God leaves prayers unanswered. More precisely, he always answers them, but only rarely in the way that the praying Men expect him to.

Similarly, only fools believe that following certain instructions written by mortals for mortals will please God and give them a nice and cozy place in the afterlife. The afterlife is here - you have been given a mind and a pair of hands to improve your current world, not to idle them in hopes of getting to a better one after you die.

And likewise, only fools believe in the scriptures of mortals. That is why Man has been granted a strong mind and the power of reason - to use it, to use his own judgement trying to understand God rather than rely on the judgement of others. He who has others decide what is right and wrong for him is bound to become their slave.

That about sums up what I have come to know of God and faith. I don't believe in God - I know there is God, but he won't be doing anything in my stead, because he has already given me more than any mortal could ever give.
Proud National Socialist. Blaming everything on the liberals since 2000.

The world is full of criminal enterprises and terrorist organizations. The most successful ones are known as states.

Life is like surfing the Internet - there's no meaning or purpose, yet you don't really want to quit either.

The fact that slaves are allowed to elect their masters does not abolish the division in masters and slaves.

Don't try to deride me by calling me an "-ist" or "-phobe" unless you are referring to a medical condition or are trying to compliment me.

Socially-liberal capitalist democracy DOES NOT equate to free society.

Contrary to popular belief, National Socialists aren't racists. They simply hate their own race less than others.

The book of revelations could claim that God doesn't exist... and it would have no affect on my belief.

A theme in the New Testament is that only the Devil can rebel against God... and who is the Devil?

In Isaiah 14:12 the word isn't even Lucifer, a correct translation would be: Day-star...and that's who Nebuchadnezzar thought he was.

that and the fact morning star was another name for Ashtar who was the ruler of the underworld in the original mythologies of Yahweh.

Yes.. many mythologies include a 'morning star' Nebuchadnezzar was no exception for believing he was: The morning and the Evening star.
