Not so. They may if they want to. But they do not need to. Paul explains this in his letter to (I think) the Romans. He argues that the only reason the law was made was to be a physical reminder of faith, but if you have faith without following the law, then there is no need to follow it.

Messianic Jews SHOULD follow the law, though their faith may not be the Rabbinic anymore, they have a responsibility because of their bloodline.
